Minutes of the Meeting:

1.K. Prahlada Rao, Principal, Member & Convener welcomed the members of Governing Body.

2.I.V.Muralikrishna, the distinguished member (who was nominated by the members present, to chair the meeting and conduct the proceedings in the absence of Chairman, Sri J.A.Chowdary) greeted the members of Governing Body.

3.K. Prahlada Rao presented the information about the actions taken on the resolutions of the II Governing Body meeting held on 06-12-2017.

4.The Governing Body has approved the expenditure spent by the Faculty & Staff towards attending Training programmes/Conferences /Workshops/Review meetings under TEQIP-III.

6. The Governing Body has approved the submitted action plan for Quarter 1 of 2018-2019 to NPIU.

The following resolutions after discussing certain items with the permission of chair.

i) The Governing Body has resolved to conduct Industry oriented workshops for the students and faculty.

ii) The Governing Body has advised to plan for International Conferences in the College.

iii) The Governing Body has resolved to conduct workshop on IBM Watson IOT and AI Developer.

iv) The Governing Body has resolved to start PG programme in Data Science.
