The Symposium

Electrify Your Education

EYE is a National Level Technical Symposium organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, JNTUA CEA. It gives students across the nation a chance to explore their talent and win exciting prizes through a two-day series of workshops, paper presentations, project expos, circuit hunts, hackathons, and more.

The Institution

JNTUA College of Engineering

Established in 1946 and shifted to Anantapur in 1948, JNTUA CEA stands on a foundation of past glory and prestige. With a legacy spanning over 75 years, it has produced distinguished alumni holding high positions in India and abroad.

The Department

Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Established in 1946, the EEE Department offers B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering since 1946, M.Tech in Electrical Power Systems (est. 1971), and Power and Industrial Drives (est. 2002), along with full-time and part-time Ph.D. programmes.

The department is accredited by NBA in 2005, 2012, 2015, and 2022. Faculty are highly qualified across diversified areas, and the department has an MoU with Yathva Energy Systems. Notable alumni occupy prestigious positions worldwide.
