Minutes of the Meeting:

1.Prof. K. Rama Naidu, Principal, Member & Convener welcomed the members of Governing Body.

2. Sri. J. A. Chowdary, Chairman initiated the meeting with his opening remarks which covered the vision that Institution should have. He emphasized the current concepts namely Blockchain technology, Cyber security, Algorithms etc. He directed all the members to contribute towards the development of the Institution

3. Prof. K. Rama Naidu presented the information about the actions taken on the resolutions of the IV Governing Body meeting held on 16-12-2018.

4. The Governing Body has approved the expenditure spent by the Faculty & Staff towards attending Training programmes/Conferences /Workshops/Review meetings under TEQIP-III.

6. The Governing Body has approved the submitted action plan for Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 of 2018-2019 to NPIU.

7.The following resolutions were drawn after discussing certain items with the permission of chair.

i. The Governing body has resolved to explore the possibilities to start PG level programme in the area of Cyber Security.
ii. The Governing Body has resolved to conduct 2-day Awareness Programme on Industry 4.0.
iii. The Governing Body has advised to plan for International Conference in the College.
iv. The Governing body has resolved to explore the possibilities to start IBM Center of Excellence.
