Minutes of the Meeting:
1.Prof. K. Rama Naidu, Principal, Member & Convener welcomed the members of Governing Body.
2.Prof. I.V.Muralikrishna, the distinguished member (who was nominated by the members present, to chair the meeting and conduct the proceedings in the absence of Chairman, Sri J.A.Chowdary)greeted the members of Governing Body.
3.Prof. K. Rama Naidu presented the information about the actions taken on the resolutions of the III Governing Body meeting held on 31-03-2018.
4.The Governing Body has approved the expenditure spent by the Faculty & Staff towards attending Training programmes/Conferences/Workshops/Review meetings under TEQIP-III.

The following resolutions after discussing certain items with the permission of chair:
i. The Governing Body has resolved to conduct workshop on IBM
Watson IOT and AI Developer.
ii. The Governing Body has resolved to conduct Industry oriented
workshops for the students and faculty.
iii. The Governing Body has advised to plan for International Conferences
in the College.
iv. The Governing Body has advised to start Community Radio in the
campus.
v. The Governing Body has advised the faculty to apply for various
funding projects.
vi. The Governing Body has advised to start M.Tech. (Data Science)
programme even the admitted strength is less.
